It seems like many recruiters and HR people have decided job seekers aren't worthy of basic respect.
You apply for a job, go through multiple rounds of interviews, maybe even get an offer, and then... silence.
Recruiters and companies can get away with this now, since the job market is so competitive. But, the job market is cyclical. When it swings back in favor of job seekers, it would be good to know which recruiters and hiring people aren't worth dealing with.
